Royal Enfield today launched its first ever purpose built adventure tourer, the Himalayan for a price of Rs 1.78 lakh (on-road Mumbai). Powered by an all-new 411cc, air and oil-cooled single cylinder engine the Himalayan is the brand's first all-new product in a really long time.
皇家恩菲尔德推出首款特意为冒险旅行打造的车型Himalayan，在孟买的上路价格为17.8万卢比，搭载411cc的单缸发动机，是很长一段时间以来皇家恩菲尔德的一款全新产品。
The chassis and suspension are all-new as well, in fact there's hardly any parts sharing with other models in the Royal Enfield product range. Outputs for the motorcycle are 24.8PS of power and 32Nm of peak torque. The Himalayan is the first such motorcycle to be made in the country focused on adventure touring, and meant specifically for being ridden on the worst terrain possible.
