This is definitely scary looking from higher up with a drone.  Actual driving may be less disturbing as the driver will have no knowledge of how deep the the cliff.  I suppose many mountain passes in France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy did have similar difficult challenges but in recent years the curves have been straightened, gradients reduced and difficult passing points widened to make driver less likely to wet their pants.

China is definitely the last frontier for the rally drivers and motorcyclists looking for mountain passes challenges.
