China successfully launched a Lijian-2 (also known as Kinetica-2) Y2 carrier rocket on Tuesday.

Lifting off at 8:15 a.m. (Beiing Time), the rocket sent 18 satellites of the Spacesail Constellation into planned orbit, with these forming part of China's commercial low-orbit satellite network.

It's was the second flight of the Lijian-2(Kinetica-2) rocket and the 18th launch of the Lijian series. The successful launch marked the first time the Lijian-2 has carried out a large-scale satellite internet constellation deployment mission.

Lijian-2 is a liquid-fueled medium-lift launcher utilizing a modular core configuration designed for cost-effective mass production.

Lijian-2 framework will be heavily utilized for space infrastructure projects heading into next year to continue ram up the constellation's network density, according to its developer.

本周二，中国成功发射力箭二号（也叫 Kinetica-2）Y2 运载火箭。

火箭于北京时间早上 8 点 15 分点火升空，将 “太空帆” 星座的 18 颗卫星送入预定轨道。这些卫星属于中国商业低轨卫星网络的组成部分。

这是力箭二号火箭的第二次飞行，也是力箭系列火箭的第 18 次发射。本次发射成功，标志着力箭二号首次执行大规模卫星互联网星座组网任务。

力箭二号是液体燃料中型运载火箭，采用模块化芯级设计，适合低成本批量生产。研发方表示，明年力箭二号火箭将大量用于太空基础设施项目，持续提升星座的网络覆盖密度。

2026年11月3日08时15分，中科宇航力箭二号遥二运载火箭在东风商业航天创新试验区点火升空，将搭载的千帆极轨21组共18颗卫星顺利送入预定轨道，飞行试验任务取得圆满成功。据悉，此次任务是力箭二号运载火箭第2次飞行，也是力箭系列运载火箭第18次发射，标志着力箭二号首次执行卫星互联网大规模组网任务，履约交付实力得到充分印证。

True! India has been too negligent about space in past but with the privatization of space picking up from this year.
Next year atleast 3 reusable launch are scheduled in which one is midium launch full reusable and other 2 are sea launch partially reusable.
And many more space ports coming up.
Expected launch cadence for year 2028 is expected to be around 60 launches.

Indian private start-ups has not yet conducted hot chamber test of their rocket engine . Indian start-ups has not yet conducted hop test of the rocket. Next year how it is possible to launch partial reusable rockets ?

Cas space was founded in 2018. Indian space start ups Agnikul and skyroot were founded in 2017 & 2018 respectively.
Agnikul couldn't develop any rocket till date. Skyroot has developed vikram 1 rocket which can carry 300 kg payload in LEO.
Cas space has developed kinetica 1 and kinetica 2 rockets which can carry 2 tons and 12 tons payload in LEO.

How come Elon Musk managed this years ago much faster and with much more satellites? Is Tesla better than China?! China is copying this technology, no one in China thought - hey let's make internet available everywhere. This wasn't even new when SpaceX did it, it was just the matter of investing money into it.
