Elon Musk says “oligarchs” are blocking Starlink from entering India. New Delhi says the claim is baseless - and insists Starlink is going through the same security checks as other satellite internet players. But Musk wants access to a market with more than a billion internet users. The bigger question is whether India actually needs Starlink - and whether Musk’s other businesses have found success here
