Anyone who does business in Vietnam knows that, the amount of red tape/administrative paperwork you have to go through on a day to day basic is a fricking nightmare. I'm a Vietnamese and I can affirm that the changes are positive; the government has undergo a long process of digitalized documentation and paper work, at such level that now we can get most of our paper online, and digital paper is as legit as hard documents; this massively reduce the necessity of several jobs within the administration, making them redundant; as the same time, significant reduce the time to apply for a documents, reduce the risk of petty (local) bribery and corruption, as all application need to go through the system. Which is a huge win for the people.

This is the biggest layoff in history of Vietnam and it end the era of the term stable gorverment public jobs. It open up the ideas of everyone have to thrive to achieve their goals, not just sitting still earning easy money. In India to be come actor, actress, model, singer, corporate leaders, government leaders etc you must come from an upper caste. In Viet Nam, to be government employee you must have family members in the extended families are co unist party members. It not easy to join commnist party member, you must be employee for decade and doind a very good job and got recommended by the superior to join a party and take years to process the membership (testing time) if you pull out or commitment to die for the party. Government emplyee spend more time reading newspaper, drink coffee , watching youtube than working. They come to work for 8 hours but only work for 4-5 hours and unfriendly, rude and nasty to people. There is no such thing as Police patrol on the street, they ony take police car drive around to get fresh air. When the house in such a mess , someone have to clean it and put everything back in order.

在印度，要成为演员、模特、歌手、企业领袖、政府领导人等，你必须来自上层种姓。在越南，要成为公务员，你的大家庭中必须有党员。入党并不容易，你必须工作十年，表现非常出色，得到上级推荐才能入党，并且需要数年时间来办理入党手续（考验期）。公务员每天上班就是看报纸、喝咖啡，而不是工作。他们每天工作8小时，但只工作4-5小时，而且对人不友好、粗鲁和刻薄。街上没有警察巡逻，他们只是开着警车四处兜风呼吸新鲜空气。当房子一团糟时，就得有人来打扫并把一切整理好。
