The BrahMos is a supersonic cruise missile India builds with Russia. It flies near Mach 3, skims the water to beat radar, and barely gives a target time to blink.

Vietnam's after the shore-based version, the kind you line along a coast to hit ships. And there's really only one coastline and one navy that makes that buy make sense.

Same move the Philippines made first. India keeps selling the same answer to the same question, and Beiing keeps being the question.

越南采购的是岸基型号，这类导弹部署在海岸沿线，专门用于打击海上舰船。结合用途来看，这笔采购的针对目标不言而喻。
