印度赖以构建合作关系的全球格局正飞速剧变。美国合作愈发功利化，关税壁垒与贸易施压并存，印度虽仍重视美方伙伴关系，却无法再单纯依附美国。中国依旧是印度最大贸易伙伴，但边境争端悬而未决，战略博弈不断加剧，印度正竭力降低对华依存度。

数十年积淀的印俄情谊悄然淡化，俄乌冲突致使俄罗斯陷入国际孤立，深度交好俄方也让印度背负难以承受的外交压力。此外，中东战事持续扰动能源供应、海运航线与海外侨民权益，严重冲击印度经济稳定。
