Salary hikes will be considered when profit margins grow YOY not when selling prices grow due to increase in costs.

如今涨价是因为生产成本走高，并不是商家利润变多。

只有企业逐年利润上涨，才会考虑涨薪，单纯成本上涨带动售价提高，是不会涨工资的。

Will you accept for no pay in the months when company bares losses ?
For salary hike either up skill yourself or if you feel your skills aren't getting paid well enough then get switch that's it.
Think from the businessmen point of view, if you are getting paid 12 lpa then are you generating more than that to the company ?? There are other costs to the company too.
The point is simple, people who bare more risks or responsibilities have right to enjoy the benefits, that's why managers get paid more even though if they have less technical skills than freshers. Same goes to business owners.

想要涨薪，要么提升自身能力，要么觉得薪资不合适就直接跳槽，仅此而已。
