The Trump administration has launched new trade investigations under Section 301 of the U.S. Trade Act targeting India, China, the European Union and 15 other economies. The probes will examine industrial overcapacity and the use of forced labour in global supply chains. If violations are found, the U.S. could impose fresh tariffs, potentially reigniting global trade tensions.

特朗普政府已依据《美国贸易法》第301条款，针对印度、中国、欧盟以及其他15个经济体启动新一轮贸易调查，调查内容将聚焦产业产能过剩以及全球供应链中是否存在强迫劳动问题。若调查证实存在违规行为，美国可能会加征新的关税，此举有可能再度引发全球贸易紧张局势。
