One of the main reason because economically we're more dependent on china than china on us. Even in our exports to other countries, we rely heavily on chinese raw or intermediate goods. And Militarily, they just need to move a small portion of their army to rattle our whole army and airforce, we have seen this already twice. Your stand can always be reviewed and modified based on current situation. When China dies not respect our sovereignity and play games with thro their proxy, why can't we revuse our stand. China being a bigger economic and military power than us has an advantage on paper. But, dovthey have the will stomach to fight us. We had seen ghem in Dokhlam and we had seen them in Galwan. Coming to trade, it is a two way weapon. Infact, they are as much dependent on us as they we are on them. The trade is hugely one sided with huge surplus in their favour. Using all these factors, we must also start playing ming games against and put pressure on them so that atleast theywill think twice before playing Pakustan agsinst us on regular basis.
