Is India The Next China?
Although India has lagged behind China since both countries opened up to the world in the 1980s, the Indian go nment is now taking steps to finally challenge its biggest economic competitor.

If Indians want to join middle class, they have to leave India. How unfortunate.
Strength in diversity, instead of otherising entire half of population, on re gion, ethnicity, community. India po iticians should learn to bring people together and work for India
India cannot become like China or at least in the next 100 years.
If only India distance its po itics from the US, bring back their tech talents from the US, which is WAY underpaid, India can certainly catch up to China. China wants to see its neighbors to grow and have common prosperity. US wants to see Asia crumble with their NED funded NGO groups.

We can not develop untill and unless merit takes the central position. But we want more and more reservation in each and everything.
India lacks a real revo tion from the bottom of the society. That was the key to the success of China.
Nope. Not happening in the next 30 years. That's how far it is behind China. India lacks the critical infrastructure. With its co ption and week central go nment, it makes it next to impossible to build up the infrastructure needed as quickly as China was able to do to become a global manufacturer hub. One thing India has going for it is that it will have the demographics to provide labor. But that's about it.

I'm afraid that's not possible.
Ethiopia will be a superpower like China
As a Chinese，India is always keen on comparing to China In any respect，I think India should be more focused on their own development，It's boring to compare with others，China has never made it its goal to surpass the United States，We are just running, at our own pace, according to our own plan，Has nothing to do with any other country
India GDP per capita (2020): $1900
Africa GDP per capita (2020):$1970
With the rise of Robotics, AI, and IT, do we need that huge ch labors anymore? Technology become much more cher. They keep saying India has demographic dividend, but why do I feel it is more like liabilities than dividend? If India can't provide jobs to those millions of new workers that enter the workforce every year, there will be social problem, even national security problem.
India is in now way next China, that level of economic boom is unthinkable in India's context for at least next decade ,India has labor but no skill which China had.
Exactly like the slow moving traffic shown @10.07, India has the capability to play its cards and speed up a lot. But will our go nment do the things at the time!?

Lower Caste doesn't own any land is it true?
the next decade would be AI used in automation, massive industrialization is all over.
in near future of 5- 10 years, we would see incoming 5G Internet of Everything.
In-depth integration of 5G technology with traditional fields such as industry, medical care, transportation, manufactory production, services even entertainment.
If India still need de acy "ion", then no way.
It will take a long time for it to happen, most companies need stability in terms of taxation and laws which is the first thing businesses consider for ease of doing business.
10^100 years to achieve
nothing new here and you are gonna talk about the same topic in 2030
