跟人们的普遍认知相反,不只是女人沉迷于网购。在印度,平均来说男人网购花的时间是女人的1.3倍。而在英国和美国等发达国家里,这个趋势是反过来的,两国各自女性网购的时间是男性的两倍。对此,有印度网民称,“那是自然。对女人来说,购物不仅是必须,而且是乐趣。女人有不同的购物方式。她们爱逛商店,从一家商店逛到另一家,讨价还价,征求他人意见…重点是购物的乐趣。”

MUMBAI: Contrary to popular perception, it’s not just women who like to indulge in online shopping. Men spend 1.3x more time than women shopping on e-commerce sites every month on an average in India. The trend is reversed in developed countries like the UK and the US, where women spend twice the amount of time by men shopping on smartphones.

On other smartphone usage habits like chat and social networking (like Facebook), women are more active than men, while they are just a tad behind men as far as gaming goes. Real time smartphone usage data from Nielsen Informate suggests that women are just as tech-savvy and active on their smartphones as men, but do slightly different things.

另一方面,在社交网站等智能机使用习惯方面,女人比男人更活跃,而只在游戏方面比男性落后一些。来自尼尔森信息的实时智能手机使用数据表明,女性使用智能机跟男性一样娴熟,一样活跃。

Because women have this hopeless need of seeing and holding things before they buy. Men can do without that. And compared to men more percentage of women don’t know how to shop online….. Otherwise they would beat us anyway.

so men spend more time on shopping online , all these days it was thought the other way round . the reason they are quite lazy to do physical shopping , but women are lazy to e shop and very active in physical shopping as they want to see items personally.

That is but natural. For a woman shopping is not only a necessity but also a pleasure. Women have different style of shopping. They do window shopping, hop from shop to shop, they bargain, they ask for second opinion ………And therein lies the fun of shopping. And, besides, it is quite harmless.
