前美国驻华大使骆家辉：美国如果针对和伊朗做生意的中方银行、航运企业实施次级制裁，必须万分谨慎。中美此前达成贸易战休战，中国手握稀土、关键矿产这张底牌，这些物资是美国导弹、战机、卫星必不可少的原材料，美国弹药储备本就不足，如果激怒中国，中国重启出口限制，会重创美国国防供应链。同时对华加税，最终负担也会转嫁到美国普通民众身上。
