नहीं, बिलकुल नहीं। वियतनाम मैन्युफैक्चरिंग के मामले में भारत से तो कहीं आरे है ही लेकिन चीन से बराबरी करना कठिन है क्योंकि चीन ने मैन्युफैक्चरिंग के मामले में वौसी ही बढ़त बना ली है जैसी टैक ईकोसिस्ट्म के मामले में अमेरिका को है। क्या यमाम दावों के बाद भी भारत के लिए अमेरिकी टैक ईकोसिस्ट्म की बराबरी कर पाना सम्भव है? नहीं ना। और ठीक यही स्थिति वियतनाम की चीन के प्रति है मैन्युफैक्चरिंग के मामले में।
