But there were a important difference from china to rest world, in China, the good workers could become national, provincial, city and institutions level hero of the year, no matter what the job they were doing. Even the toilets cleaning and bathrooms hel workers. Many top Chinese leaders were coming from dirty poor families and experienced.

Actually Western countries and Japan are the same. Toyota for example has a vertical production chain where specialised small and medium firms supply components.

Haha... Reminds me of my 100 Watt industrial grade-fan brand "Krisbow". They (krisbow) claimed it was indonesian product, but if you see the fan label.... very clear "MADE IN CHINA". It was broken and the costumer service cannot sure it's repairable or not due to lack of spare part. So... i threw it away after 6 years using it.

If the entire place you live is making one type of product (at risk of overstatement) what happens to people living there? If workers do the same thing day after day after day, what happens to them? If China is pointing the way to the future of manufacturing (leaving the issue of AI alone for the moment) then what happens to human population and minds? Do you discuss any of this? Or, is it "irrelevant"?

Most ppl don't know that the Made in France, Spain, Italy, etc... bags, shoes, sunglasses for example is really 90% made in China and then shipped back to the other country to add the final trim and considered Made in France, Spain, Italy, etc.. but in reality is mostly China made. In fact, factories in Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia for example are really China OWNED to bypass the tariffs. Owned and Chinese workers too.

说得太对了！多数人都不知道，法国、西班牙、意大利的包包、鞋子、太阳镜，九成零件都是中国生产。运到当地简单精加工，就被贴上本土制造标签。本质还是中国代工。不止如此，越南、印尼、柬埔寨的很多工厂，都是中资控股，就连工人也多是中国人，只为规避关税。
