Debates should be grounded in facts. How can India build any meaningful narrative while ignoring its basic realities? Poor road markings for navigation, lack of traffic discipline, and widespread cleanliness issues are visible to everyone. In many ways, we still struggle with conditions associated with a develo nation. When tourists themselves often describe India as one of the dirtiest countries, no amount of propaganda can effectively change that perception. Image-building cannot replace ground reality. The priority should be to fix the fundamentals improve civic sense, cleanliness, and infrastructure. Once those basics are in place, a positive narrative will emerge naturally and be far more credible.

It is true that in 1947 India was at its peak. It has been going downhill since. What this means is that India needs to ask the British return to the subcontinent to recolonize the place. After all it is the British who created India. India has proven itself that it cannot advance on its own steam. It needs the British or other advanced civilization to manage the country. May be India should ask Japan to colonize India. Or ask the Vietnamese to help run the country.
