I am Prashant Dhawan. Now, after Israel, Russia has become the second country which has openly said that they need 1 million, i.e., 10 lakh Indian workers, and you will see in the coming few months that most likely this year, 10 lakh Indian workers will go to Russia, primarily their Sardols region which falls right in the middle of the country. 10 lakh Indians will go here to work. Let me tell you, this will

be the biggest move till date between India and Russia because it will directly challenge the sensibilities of the West.

Now here you will ask a question: if Russia wants 10 lakh Indians, then why will the US and Europe get angry with this? Why would this challenge their sensibilities? Why is it being said whether the US will allow all this to happen or not?

Well, it's a very simple logic. Imagine, 10 lakh Indian workers go to Russia to work. By the way, let me tell you one thing as well. There are one or two percent people in the comment section who make very vulgar comments about Russian women in the name of jokes. So let me make it clear: if anyone makes such a comment, I will block them from the channel. Such people have already spoiled India's name online; the image of Indian boys has been damaged further.

So I would request all of you not to dehumanize any woman from any foreign country. If someone uses such humor or tells such jokes that are racist towards another country, do not tolerate it. This does not benefit our country in any way.

其实道理很简单。试想一下，100万印度劳工去俄罗斯工作。对了，还有件事跟大家说一下。评论区里有百分之一二的人，打着开玩笑的幌子，对俄罗斯女性说些非常粗俗的话。我明确说清楚：谁要是敢发这种评论，我就把他移出频道。这种人已经在网上败坏了印度的名声，进一步毁掉了印度男人的形象。

所以我恳请大家，不要贬低外国女性。要是有人拿别的国家开种族主义玩笑，可别容忍。这对我们国家一点好处都没有。

Well, now imagine 10 lakh Indian workers go to Russia to work. Obviously, they will get paid in Russian Rubles. Okay? Because in Russia, they do not use the dollar or rupee; they use rubles. So now, how will a payment mechanism be created so that the Russian companies hiring Indian workers can pay them, and the Indian workers can bring that money back to their country? Because Russia is currently cut off from the global Swift payment system.

So this is what is going to happen here: when 10 lakh Indians go to Russia, a new payment system will also have to be created. That is why most likely Vladimir Putin is coming to India. A new payment system that works between India and Russia will be established, and only then will these 10 lakh Indians be able to benefit. Otherwise, they know that if they go to Russia, there will be more payment problems— in which currency they will get paid, and whether they will be able to convert it. Unless this is clear, why would any migrant worker go anywhere to work?

And if you are thinking that we have purchased a lot of oil from Russia and paid them in rupees, that is not the same. That payment was made to Russian government companies, but our workers will work for other companies. So it is not like that money can be taken from somewhere and deposited elsewhere. India and Russia will have to create a new payment system.

To Western countries, this will not be acceptable. That is why you are already seeing that statements against India are increasing in the USA. In which context? In the context of Russia. Recently, Linji Gram said that what India is doing is highly condemnable. Let me show you this small clip.

100万印度人去了俄罗斯，就必须建立一套新的支付系统。这很可能就是弗拉基米尔·普京要访印的原因。印俄之间会建立一套新的支付系统，只有这样，这100万印度人才能真正受益。不然的话，他们心里清楚，去了俄罗斯会面临支付问题——用什么货币发工资，能不能兑换，这些都搞不清楚，哪个外来劳工愿意去别的地方工作呢？

要是你觉得，我们从俄罗斯买了很多石油，用卢比付了款，这事儿能混为一谈，那可就错了。那笔钱是付给俄罗斯政府企业的，而我们的劳工要为其他公司工作。所以这笔钱没法随便挪用。印俄必须建立新的支付系统。
