Prices may be a bit higher due to one more layer of cost but still possible to bypass such censorship.

TSMC founder and CEO is Chinese from Taiwan. Nvidia founder and CEO is Chinese from Taiwan. And of course now China can mass produce 28nm, 14nm and 7nm chips. So you see, most major chip manufacturers are led by Chinese. So what is US doing? Fight the Chinese on chip making? That is their specialty!

By the way, Huawei just started selling Huawei Mate 60 PRO. Guess what, the 7nm chip inside is made by HiSilicon which is a Chinese chip company. The sale started at the exact same day that US secretary of commerce Raimondo visited China. China is taunting US on the so called chip war.
