尼泊尔要求印度、中国、美国承担洪水造成的损失

尼泊尔外交部长希西尔·卡纳尔在9月1日播出的当地电视台采访中表示，此次灾难的根源在于全球气候变化与持续变暖导致的喜马拉雅地区冰川快速融化。

他将这场突如其来的毁灭性洪水称为“灾难性的山津波”，并强调这并非普通洪水，而是气候变化的直接后果。

卡纳尔指出，尼泊尔的温室气体排放量几乎可以忽略不计，约占全球总量的0.04%左右，却在为“一场并非由我们制造的全球危机”付出最沉重的代价。

他点名全球温室气体排放量最大的三个国家—中国、美国和印度，主张这三国作为主要工业排放国，对尼泊尔等气候脆弱国家负有“进行赔偿的历史责任”。

Actually you are right. As far as I know Nepal gives permission for Mount Everest climb & they earn money (USD 7.19 million) from that, usually Nepal gives tonnes of permissions so they can make money & that is one of the big reason for pollution & human activities around glaciers.
