Purchasing power parity per-capita GDP (the real income of the average person): Between 1970 and 2024, the income of the average Indian has increased by 5.4 times while that of the average Chinese has increased by 31.9 times.
That is the difference - China gets things done and improves the lives of its people. India just talks and gets nothing done. India talks de-colonization but is in bed with the erstwhile colonizers. Goron ki gulami.
