Does INDIA have the world MOST DANGEROUS road? Zojila pass, the Kashmir gate - India Motovlog EP47
Glad you're alright and back with some great content. I have to appreciate the efforts of Indian army to secure this place from insurgency and militants. Greetings from England!
Salute to all the security forces who are guarding our borders to protect the nation from radical terrorists. May our brothers and sisters in uniforms live 100 years!
Hey Pierre. Generally there is no military on the road. This month Hindu religion people go for pilgrimage to Kashmir for Lord Mahadev and there is militants attack threat possibility(happened in the past). The tents you saw belonged to Basecamp from where the pilgrimage starts
Ride With Frenchy
More like the "most beautiful road" rather than the "most dangerous" for me on that day! The weather conditions were fabulous and the view was just WOOW
However, I understand that in winter the snow makes it super tricky and it can be an absolute nightmare especially for all the trucks crossing the pass daily
Have a safe & memorable journey Pierre. I hope attitude of many westerners towards India will change from your this journey. Now they would know that India is much more a beautiful place than what is shown by most of western media.
Thanks to the India army as they are the reason you are able to roam freely in this region.
The Indian army is very friendly and helpful. You can ask for any help if you don't have reserve petrol, food, accomodation, medical emergency, sense of insecurity etc.
I’ve been there a lot of times. It is really hard to make and repair the road in that region and especially in the winters it is really hard to keep the road cleared and this year it was cleared in record time which I’m really proud of
Glad to see you riding all around the Ladakh and Kashmir ghati. The Kashmir our Heaven on earth.
To be honest I'm very excited to go to "The Switzerland of India" , definitely in future. BUT I can feel the vibes through your eyes and smile Love you guys Peace Hope we meet one day
Its quite a pleasure viewing your vlogs, Hope that i get to explore France someday with you
Kashmir-Ladakh regions of India is truly a heavenly experience.
Pierre you are AWESOME because you are showing us such EPIC views of the mountains, beautiful villages and GREAT people in INDIA. Thank you and next month I hope to be able to give you a THANKS
Heavy security you saw on the route is for the protection of pilgrims. Sonamarg and pahalgam both are scenic tourist destinations.
Brother 2 tunnels are under construction one just under jojila pass and another @z -morh with supporting infrastructure will shorten the distance by about 30 km and save time by more than 2 hours.
Good to see you both enjoying, in our Union Territory
They love the fact that you learned a few phrases of their language. They all smile with pride. Good job!!
Love your vlog brother. My father fought in Kargil war.
Kashmir is very beautiful. Kashmir landscape reminds me of Switzerland. India has many beautiful places, but lack of good infrastructure and cleanliness.
Hi Pierre - loving your channel and thanks for showing beautiful areas I always want to visit back in my country.. I am in NY but felt very much close to home - after watching your videos... One paradise which is still undiscovered by you is UttraKhand (UK)of India. You will absolutely love that gorgeous place- don't miss out on it ...
Love that Indian army is kee India safe. I salute their bravery. Jai Bharat!
Since, India is celebrating Independence day on 15th of August, so Kashmir is going to have a tight security and maybe some restrictions to celebrate the national festival without any mishap.
Waiting is over finally vlog came and Wow it's really beautiful landscape , thanks for showing this amizing beautiful landscape.. have a safe ride brother.
welcome to my state now union territory Jammu and Kashmir.... Earlier Ladakh also was a part of Jammu and Kashmir but it got bifurcated into two UTs after the abrogation of 370 article... Entire JnK is full of beauty... i hope you will enjoy it...

In winters temperatures there go up to -40-50 degrees.

India is incredible.
The thing here in Indian Kashmir is that you can freely enter here while you can't go in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir reflects a lot.
