Dear Mr. Prime Minister pls sell this company and better use the money in other projects. If this company is not making any money what is the point in wasting our tax money on this , i better feel use our money in Education and healthcare of the poor.

First step air India should take is to stop facility for relatives of air india executives to travel free of cost in India ( unlimited) and abroad (once in a year). I have seen relatives of employees misusing these facilities like anything. Second step should be change in definition of permanent employee no performance no pay.
