What is known is that to have a 25% of hitting a Kinzhal, you need 32 missiles from a patriot or in dollars 96 million dollars to have 25% chance of hitting 1 missile. My understanding (although I likely know no more than you) is that both the yj17 and the yj20 are semy ballistic missiles, which fly along a ballistic trajectory untill they slow to mac 4 to 5, at which point they enter terminal manoeuvring. Both sm3 and the eu equivalent (I forgot the name) are able to intercept it in its ballistic faze and at the start of its terminal faze, with an 85-95% efficacy, however due to the range of the sm3 only 2 interceptors are able to be fired from an arly berk per yj17. Sm6 on the other had is almost useless against the yj17. It was designed to intercept cruise missiles such as the yj18, drones and aircraft.

There would be no winners in a war between the USA and China. Even the best war games scenarios that were gamed out showed that both sides would take heavy damage with both nations navies and air forces being either entirely destroyed or having barely anything left that could be called either a navy or air force. The Chinese coastline would more than likely be devastated as well as pretty much all ports and maritime industry being destroyed as many military sites and industrial sites being destroyed by the USA as possible. It could take decades for either country to recover and the gobal economic damage would either send the world economy into a huge recession or possibly even a depression as all ship and manufacturing into and from China would take huge hits and damage. People seem to forget that China does most of the world’s manufacturing and a huge trading partner for a lot of the nations including the USA. Also technically the USA wouldn't even have to engage China directly they could just blockage or limit any and all ship going into and from China. China imports most of its food and even fuel from other countries among other resources. The USA as cruel as it would be could just starve China out via Blockading or。After all if war is actually declared all the rules of warfare eventually go out the window. They become merely suggestions after war is declared and every war in the past has examples of this.

中美一旦开战，不会有赢家的。就算是最乐观的兵棋推演也显示，双方都会遭受重创，两国海空军要么全军覆没，要么所剩无几。中国海岸线大概率会被摧毁，几乎所有港口和海运产业都会被毁，美军会尽可能打击各类军事和工业设施。两国都需要数十年才能恢复，全球经济也会陷入严重衰退甚至大萧条，所有往返中国的航运和制造业都会遭受重创。人们似乎忘了，中国是世界制造业中心，也是包括美国在内众多国家的重要贸易伙伴。而且美国根本无需和中国正面交战，只需封锁或限制所有进出中国的船只即可。中国大部分粮食、燃料等资源都依赖进口，美国就算手段残忍，也能通过封锁或击沉船只让中国陷入物资短缺。毕竟一旦正式宣战，所有战争规则都会形同虚设，历史上每场战争都是如此。
