At the same time it depend on your vision too...like being a citizen of superpower country like America but can't afford to pay hospital bill isn't very rich.....
To me Butan is the most richest country...
Hospital bill are free(surgery or any malignant disease, Education is completely free, People don't live very lavish life but it's co2 negative country so pollution free too.

这也取决于个人的认知眼界。就比如身为美国这种超级大国的民众，却付不起医药费，这根本算不上富裕。在我眼里，不丹才是最富足的国家。

看病全免费，手术、重大疾病都不用花钱，教育也完全免费。民众生活虽不奢靡，但该国是碳负排放国家，环境也没有污染。

We know that the real exchange rate between RMB and USD is 3:1. Currency appreciation isn't good; it affects exports. We don't want to travel abroad. Western countries are chaotic now—drug use, guns, political correctness, homelessness.
In the last 10 years, I've traveled to over 30 countries for work, and only fewer than 5 can compare to China in terms of environment and security. What I find most incomprehensible is the UK, France, and the US. Are they still white countries? Have refugees lowered the security level by three levels? When I go to the US, I only go to wealthy areas, specifically those with many security cameras. But even wealthy areas aren't entirely safe. I was robbed on 96th Street in New York. I served in the PLA reconnaissance unit; I could have killed that Latino guy with my bare hands, but considering I was abroad, I told myself this is America, and I shouldn't cause trouble. It only cost me a few hundred dollars and 500 euros.

America, being foreign agenda compromised, and the use of the dollar as a punitive measure and manner, erodes confidence. Lose confidence and you lose its value and status.
Great roman legions backed by gold fell.
Spanish armadas of silver fell.
The military industrial complex isn't a keepsake of currency status.
How you use it and govern it is, rather foe or friend, its important all parties involved have access to the currency and confidence in it.
But, the west has lost that measure, and now given credence, reason, and motivation to challenge the dollar and even dethrone it.

越来越多人看好人民币成为下一个全球储备货币，这完全有可能。当年英国的货币霸主地位，因德国搅乱欧洲格局而陨落。美国趁机抓住机会取而代之。

可如今美国动辄把美元当作制裁工具、推行排他性外交，不断消耗美元信用。一旦信用崩塌，货币价值和霸主地位也会随之丧失。曾经依托黄金崛起的罗马帝国覆灭了，依仗白银称霸的西班牙无敌舰队也没落了。军工实力并不能守住货币霸权。

货币的使用规则和治理方式才是关键，无论敌友，都要让各国能自由使用、保有信心。

但西方国家早已丢掉了这份公允，也让世界有了充足理由去挑战美元霸权，甚至取而代之。
