China plans to launch AI-powered, unmanned submarines in 2020 that will stay at sea for months without refuelling, and can embark on 'suicide' missions to sink enemy targets

The Chinese military is develo a fleet of new submarines that will navigate the ocean without a human crew, according to scientists involved in the project.
