Stop misleading TOI...the first picture is of Shinkansen, Japan..the second one is German Maglev.
You have missed V, France from the list which attained a speed of 574Km/hr.

As far as the speed is concerned few of them mentioned here are attainale and the rest are operational.

Shikansen can achieve the speed of 600km/hr and is the fastest train of the world.
The Shanghai Maglev has the maxmum operational speed of 360 km/hr.
So next time think before posting a stupid infographic article.

上海磁悬浮最大运行速度为360公里每小时

But it runs only for 10 mn max in that speed before some signal come for slowing down as Indians generally love to use tracks in the morning and leave their domestic animals, some VIP comes, etc think of many hurdles so average speed will not exceed more than 80 KMPH
