重庆西站火车站非常现代化，看起来像机场。火车晚点20分钟，车站人潮拥挤。登上火车：火车为硬卧车厢，座位面对面排列，配有空调。车厢内人多，有些乘客没有座位，直接坐在地上。他遇到的乘客和乘务员（TC）都非常友好，乘务员会负责清理垃圾、检查车票等，服务周到。
