I like that idea. I also think using something like this ABOVE roads at a height high enough to allow diesel trucks and other things above it wouldn't be a bad placement. The asphalt is already a heat island. I endorse solar over parking lots, on roofs, and over roads like this. I do not endorse it over other types of land or SEA.
