受美国关税加征冲击，印度太阳能产品出口热潮遭遇断崖式下滑

中国主导全球太阳能供应链：中国控制着全球80-90%的太阳能供应链，从多晶硅、硅片到电池和组件。通过巨额补贴、低成本土地、规模经济和完整供应链，中国使太阳能价格大幅下降，但也导致全球对中国的过度依赖。

美国对中国加征关税，印度成为替代受益者：为减少对中国依赖，美国以“倾销、政府补贴、强迫劳动”等为由，对中国太阳能产品加征高额关税。印度作为“民主替代方案”，在2023-24年对美太阳能出口飙升至约20亿美元，利润率比印度国内高出50%-100%。

美国随即对印度加征惩罚性关税：美国发现印度同样存在政府补贴、激励政策等贸易扭曲行为，因此对印度太阳能产品加征高达126%、200%甚至340%的关税。这导致印度对美太阳能出口几乎归零。

印度企业面临严重产能过剩与价格战：为抓住出口机会，印度将年产能猛扩至160GW，而国内需求仅约40GW。出口受阻后，过剩产能只能在国内引发价格战，导致利润率下降、行业整合、中小企业倒闭。

印度出口替代市场极为困难：印度可尝试向欧洲、中东、非洲等出口，但这些市场面临中国的直接竞争。中国企业以低于成本的价格抢占市场份额，印度难以匹敌。此外，印度自身仍高度依赖中国进口硅片、多晶硅等关键原料，结构性问题难以短期解决。
