A roof! Not the first place I would have expected to see someone set up a laser weapon testing range. I do hope they do two things before releasing the next video though: buy a tripod, and set up the camera BEHIND the guy when he actually fires the "weapon". It might help address the credibility issue.

That's nice... Now turn the camera around and show the power cable and supply attached to it. You would have to be putting out AT LEAST a 20kw laser for that effect. That is not something that can be powered by a small lithium ion battery.
