Don''t be so happy until they actually come as there is not enough money in budget for capital expenditure for such things. Secondly read it carefully article says immediate requirement will be fulfilled by fast track procedure and rest will be there by setting production line ( means after a long time) and they did not mention what is the meaning of immediate requirement. :-)
