NEW DELHI: Strong tremors woke many in Delhi, and adjoining areas of Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida and Ghaziabad, with a rude jolt on Thursday morning.
The US Geological Survey reports the quake measured 4.2 on the Richter scale.
The tremors, which lasted for about one minute, shook Delhi and neighbouring areas in the National Capital Region around 4:30 am.
