手机对强奸案的发生负有责任
RAMPUR: Mobile phones are responsible for rapes as they have become the "easiest and cheapest source of serving obscenity to younger generation who now are preying on two-and-a-half-year-old girls", said Samajwadi Party (SP) leader and state Cabinet minister Azam Khan while referring to recent rape incident in Delhi.
Talking to TOI here on Friday, Khan said that obscenity through mobile phones has reached the level of perversion. "I can say with conviction that mobile phone is the sole culprit because it is making porn accessible for people of all ages. Even village people can easily download porn films, which is a matter of serious concern," he added.
对“捕食”2岁半幼女的年轻人来说，手机成为其接触淫秽信息最简单和最便宜的方式，对强奸案的发生负有责任，内阁部长Azam Khan在谈及最近发生在德里的强奸案时说。
Khan对《印度时报》记者说，通过手机获取淫秽信息已经达到了变态的程度。“我可以确信，手机是唯一的罪魁祸首，使得各年龄人群能够获取色情信息。就连农村人也能轻易下载色情电影，这是值得严重关切的问题。”

He said that it is high time the government and society took note of this and steps were taken to stop further vitiating of teenagers' minds.
