China's INSANE AI Discovered a Drug in 48 Hours — The West Spent $2.6 Billion and 12 Years

In 46 days, China's Insilico Medicine identified a novel drug target and designed a molecule to hit it — using AI. The same process takes Western labs 12–15 years and $2.6 billion. In June 2025, the results were published in Nature Medicine: the world's first clinical proof- of-concept for an AI-discovered drug. Western pharma's response? Pfizer, Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, and Johnson & Johnson have committed over $150 billion licensing Chinese AI-discovered drug candidates.

Funny. If that were true there would be no drugs that cured diseases, and there are. Although of course it’s easier to find drugs that treat symptoms than cure diseases, since it’s a more targeted problem. Plus, there are even drugs, like statins, that prevent disease. If your theory is true that 100% of the scientists, researchers, executives, infrastructure workers were 100% about money and they had super secret meetings with all their employees plotting how to not cure diseases. It’s strange that the 1.3 million people who work for pharmaceutical companies manage to keep it quiet. If you think, no, it’s those evil CEOs that my ideological clones are telling me to villainize, then how do those CEOs get the word out to the employees to only work on certain projects in certain ways unless they’re all complicit?
