Why I’m living in China and never moving to India. I get comments from many people asking why I am still living in China. And honestly, today I will show you instead of just telling you.

People think I'm crazy when I say this, but I feel safer and more comfortable living here in China. Today I will show you my real life, and you can decide why I am still here.

If you have been following my journey, you know I came to China like many others — for work, for growth, for new opportunities, maybe for a better life. And what I found here was much more than just a job.

So let's go on. The first point is reality versus expectation. Before coming to China, I had so many assumptions just like most of the people watching this video right now. But when I actually started living here, I realized things are very different from what we see online.

Cities are cleaner, infrastructure is advanced, and the system actually works. Look at this — it is so clean. I did not expect this. You can see there are many, many people, but still it is quite clean. There are workers who actually work all day to keep the city clean. You can see how people are enjoying their life. Those are small things, but they still matter.

This is the real life I am showing you right now. See how people are in the city. It's a public park, and you can see there are lots of people here. They just bring their camps and come with their family — even I have come with my family. You can see my kid; they are enjoying a football game. These are the things you can actually see when you live here.

我为何生活在中国，而不回印度？很多人在评论里问我，为什么还待在中国。说实话，今天我不只是嘴上说说，而是用真实生活展示给你看。

很多人觉得我这么说不可理喻，但在中国生活，我确实更有安全感，也更舒心。今天我会拍下我的真实日常，由你来判断我为何选择留在这里。

如果你一直关注我，就会知道我和很多人一样，来到中国是为了工作、成长、寻找新机遇，也为了过上更好的生活。而我在这里收获的，远不止一份工作。

接下来我们继续说。第一点，现实与想象的差距。来中国之前，我和大多数人一样，对这里充满各种臆测。可真正在这里生活后，我才发现，一切和网上看到的截然不同。

这里的城市更干净，基础设施更先进，社会体系也运转有序。你看这里，环境太整洁了，我完全没料到。即便人来人往，地面依旧干净整洁。有环卫工人全天值守，维护城市环境。你能看出来，大家都在好好享受生活。这些虽是小事，却意义非凡。

我现在给你看的就是真实的生活。看看城里的人们，一个普通公园，到处都是人。他们带着野餐垫，和家人一同前来，我也是和家人一起来的。你能看到我的孩子，他们在开心地踢足球。只有生活在这里，你才能真切感受到这些日常。

So after living here for a while, I realized something important. Life in China is not just about work and money. It's about the little things that make everyday life smoother: safe streets, organized transport, a convenient lifestyle, and people following rules. It's about seeing women move freely and confidently, and feeling that independence myself.

It gives me something different: freedom in daily life, growth, opportunity, and learning.

So here I am, still living in China — not because I have to, but because I choose to. Life here allows me to focus on what really matters: growth, freedom, and living fully. Maybe that is the most important lesson I have learned.

So these are the reasons why I am still living here in China.

在中国生活一段时间后，我领悟到了一个重要的道理。在中国的生活并不只是为了工作和赚钱，而是体现在那些让日常更加顺畅的小事上：安全的街道、有序的交通、便利的生活方式，以及人们自觉遵守规则。在这里，我能看到女性可以自由自信地出行，我自己也真切感受到了这份独立与安心。

这里带给了我别样的收获：日常生活中的自由、个人成长、发展机遇以及持续学习的空间。

因此我选择留在中国，并非出于无奈，而是发自内心的意愿。这里的生活让我能够专注于真正重要的事情：成长、自由，以及充实地生活。这或许是我所学到的最重要的一课。

Sarika, I agree with you 110%, support your wishes and think it's a good idea but if you don't mind my advice, I believe the best solution for the Indian people and your country is Indians living abroad in developed countries that has learned a new culture, developed civic sense and become educated return to India someday and help make your country a better place for everyone. I'm hopeful millions of Indians worldwide return to India and take leadership roles in government and businesses that can impact society.
I know you love India and want to see it become as developed like China someday. I've watched too many of your old videos not to notice.
