That's a weird thing to mention because the takeaway I had was that the main advantage of this implementation as opposed to exsting infrastructure is the ease of transporting it, setting it up, and packing it back up to use some place else. Like for example if a town lost power these things could be delivered quickly.

My point with that is, that this implementation is less susceptible to damage from typhoons than the mainstream methods of solid structures.. Because those structures can't be moved as easily. But I did say that under the assumption that wind turbines aren't designed to sustain damage from a typhoon. Are they? I could be wrong on that
