A US$2 billion Chinese-built airport in Cambodia opened on September 9, 2025. It replaces Phnom Penh’s old airport as the capital’s main aviation transport hub. Techo International Airport is the second major airport in Cambodia to open in two years. A US$1.2 billion Chinese-funded terminal near the Angkor Wat temple complex was inaugurated in November 2023.

2025年9月9日，柬埔寨一座由中国建造、耗资 20 亿美元的机场正式启用。该机场将取代金边旧机场，成为柬埔寨首都主要的航空运输枢纽。

这座机场名为德佐国际机场，是柬埔寨两年来启用的第二座大型机场。此前，2023 年 11 月，位于吴哥窟寺庙群附近、由中资出资 12 亿美元建设的一座航站楼已正式落成启用。

Local company own the airport, OCIC, Chinese is a main contractor, many local sub contractors are local companies. Yes china loan majority and some from local banks.
