As always, my content was very focused on defending China, correcting misconceptions, arguing against biased narratives, and highlighting the positive side. And don't get me wrong, I still believe that was important work. But over time, I realized something. Defending China online is not easy. It's hard to change people's minds once they have strong opinions. No matter how many facts or experiences you share, some people are not open to listening or understanding. Sometimes that conversation leads to arguments that go nowhere.

The political nature of some topics makes things complicated. People often see things in black and white. It is difficult to explain the full complex reality behind headlines. For example, I might share a video about a happy festival I attended. But some viewers only see the politics behind it and ignore the joy I showed. No matter how many times I explain, some people do not want to listen or understand.

一直以来，我的内容都集中在为中国辩护、纠正误解、反驳偏见言论，还有突出积极的一面。别误会，我依然觉得那是很有意义的事。但时间久了，我发现了一些问题。在网上为中国辩护并不容易。人一旦有了固有的看法，就很难改变。不管你分享多少事实和经历，有些人就是不愿意听、不愿意理解。有时候聊着聊着就吵起来，最后什么也解决不了。

有些话题带政治属性，事情就更复杂了。人们总喜欢非黑即白地看问题，很难讲清新闻标题背后那套复杂的真实情况。比如我发过一个自己参加欢乐节日的视频，可有些观众眼里只看到政治，完全无视我展现的快乐。不管我解释多少遍，有些人就是不听、不理解。

Some people accused me of being a propagandist. If you praise China, you are brainwashed. And here's the difficult part: if you like or support something about China, you are labeled as anti-national. Or if you say something against your country, that hurts because liking one place does not mean you hate another. It's possible to love and respect different cultures at the same time.

And here's something important: if you want to praise something good you see in another country or learn from it to improve the same thing in your country, that's a positive thing. It means you want to grow and make things better for everyone.

有人骂我是宣传员。说我夸中国，就是被洗脑了。更让人难受的是，如果你喜欢或者支持中国的某些方面，就会被贴上 “反国家” 的标签；可要是说自己国家几句不好，也会心里难受。因为喜欢一个地方，不代表讨厌另一个地方啊。人是可以同时热爱和尊重不同文化的。

还有个重要的点：看到别的国家有好东西，想夸一夸，或者想学着改进自己国家的同类事物，这是好事啊。说明你想进步，想让大家都过得更好。

I found that constantly being in defense mode kept me locked into debates instead of exploring new ideas. It limited my creativity and was not the best use of my platform. I want this channel to be a place where people come to learn, discover new things, and feel inspired—not just to argue over who is right or wrong.

China deserves to be seen in all its colors: the good, the challenging, the beautiful. I believe the best way to help people understand China is not by defending it all the time, but by simply showing it as it is, as it truly is. I want to show you the real China because I believe stories and real experiences help people understand more than arguments ever will.

我发现总处于 “辩护模式”，会让自己陷在争论里，没法去探索新想法。这限制了我的创造力，也没能好好利用这个平台。我希望这个频道能成为大家学习、发现新事物、获得启发的地方，而不只是争论谁对谁错。

中国本来就该被看到全貌：好的、有挑战的、美的。我觉得让人们了解中国的最佳方式，不是一直辩护，而是就这么原原本本地展示它，展示它真实的样子。我想给你们看真实的中国，因为我相信故事和真实经历，比争论更能让人理解。

I am also foreigner, married with Chinese spouse living in Hunan . It is first time I see your channel, and i get your point , the China hate is tiring . Dont take it personal, but i think the fact that you are comparing India with China too much is creating hate. I lived also 8 years in Mumbai, Surat and Vizag so i know the differences, but its not neccessary to push it too much. India is a different country with a different culture , but also a lot of good stuff . Being an Indian must also be hard, constant listening to people commenting about the garbish, the rape, the unhygienic people ...etc .etc.... while i have to say that the best friends I ever made were Indians.
