I have visited all Gulf Countries, the fact is that the new rules emerged in these countries insist to give jobs to the nationals decreased the jobs of expatriates. Most of the Indians in Gulf countries are from Kerala and other south Indian states than North Indian states. Keralites still prefer Gulf than any other countries. The North Indians especially the Punjabis, Gujaratis prefer Canada, Australia and European countries.

The Golden Days of Middle East is over.It is foolishness to go there for jobs. Now the salaries are worse in comparison to the money earned by an ordinary helper in india. On top of it salaries are not paid in time also not in full. Though Wage Protection Scheme is there now days even govt is closing their eyes.

These countries were predominantly built by Indian labour force mostly sacrifying whole life in mostly miserable labour camps, in inhuman conditions.
It was very unfortunate there was no stable farsighted federal govt in India till Modiji team stepped in who had nation first policy.
With our talents and visions supported by strong govt with backbone we can built dozens of Dubai in India.

This is due to couple of reasons. a) Improvement is job market condition in India for different skill set since 2014 due to Govt approval of 100% FDI in many sectors b) Make in India Initiative IT, Telecom, Defence, Auto, Oil and Gas c) Indian workforce in great demand accross globe and migrating to other countries as well.

gulf nations charm is gone , as the media there is state controlled , news is not reaching outside world , the reality is much worse than reported. nearly half of population is out of job across all gulf nations. this situation is getting worse day by day expatriates are in heavy debt due to loss of jobs and unable to return home.
