we live in India. our bridges have no expiry date!! unless and until a bridge falls off it will remain open for traffic.

at my place a certain bridge build by British still stands but I heard the expiry date was fixed for 1970. still heavy traffic runs over it. including heavy vehicles although heavy vehicles are not permitted!! "Axel up to 10 tonnes!!" read the sign board!!
