Nobody is fool enough to keep black money in CASH, it is risky and gives no return. Other avenues of kee it which are safer and possibly give some returns are in plenty. All the Govt. has done is badly inconvenience the public though as a side-effect it and particularly PM has got enormous political mileage out of it !
