they had 8 yrs of history studies and its all about their country with some biased of coz, when explaining sino japanese war (their WW2 is inclusive of sino japanese war) from their own view they jus breifly mention the countries involved

他们连本国的美国历史都不讲授，怎么会去编写你们的历史。他们的历史课长达八年，内容基本都是本国历史，自然带有一定偏向性。讲到抗日战争（在他们教材里，二战包含抗日战争）时，只会站在自身立场，简单提及相关参战国家。

what stands out to me is they're flying at night without night vision goggles, which is extremely unusual for an advanced military. It's a bit backwards to fly around unaided at night.

maybe before used to use NVG they trained without one first?
as it still on training phase. relied to much to technology isnt always good practice. who know what kind of tech the enemy can use to blind your NVG.
