Ever higher taxes can’t solve the ever higher price tag of government procurement and fraud. The incumbent political system can’t change when the Men of Power gorge themselves on the trough. Workers are captives under the current system that impoverish them.

I have just taken delivery of a Huawei tablet, to replace my ageing iPad, and I am staggered at the speed of it, and half the price of an equivalent Apple product. The USA are attempting to take away, choice from the world, you can have freedom and de ocracy - as long as it is on our terms. And now with AI, the US offerings have to be paid for, the Chinese options are open source, now that's what I call freedom, the freedom of choice, not being told what I am allowed to choose. Perhaps the next new OS from the US will be called 'HypOScrisy' China is going to find it all but impossible to get the world to ditch US options, because smaller, less powerful countries will be tariffed to extinction, in the digital universe at least. But if anyone can do it, the Chinese can.

You do understand that Google and Apple are in together right? They act like the are rivalry but Google allows Apple to use their API for YouTube, and also develop many apps for iOS. Google could've killed Apple in early days by restricting the use the Google maps and remove YouTube access, like they did to Widnows phone ecosystem. Do you know why Microsoft Windows phone failed? Because Google didn't allow MS to use many of their API.

I just don't like the current business model, forcing end users to finance their need for data our own privacy and then train their AI while we are not getting anything. I think it should be the other way around free phones, TV, Tablet, Desktop for zero privacy or we pay for our hardware and you stay out of our lives! Corporate use of AI if paying to use agent then stay out for corporate privacy, free us of agent the zero privacy of your corporate operation. Cost of electricity and hardware for data center should be paid by greedy investor and cities who host these data center get a revenue cut to fund disease and healthcare services and infrastructures. This business model need to be force on them by our government!

It amazes me that Americans are ignorant of Linux that Android is built on. There are hundreds of Linux groups working on every possible approach to OS imaginable and the Chinese have been participating for years. American arrogance that has led them to this point where they ignored the skill of Linux developers (many of whom are Americans). The Chinese participate and learn, the Americans ignore and miss the boat.
