HYDERABAD: In a recent post on social media before he was shot dead by Santa Clara police in California on September 3, Mohammed Nizamuddin, the 32-year-old software engineer from Telangana, had alleged that he was a victim of "racial hatred and discrimination".

"Today I decided to raise my voice against all odds. Enough is enough; white supremacy/racist white American mentality has to end," Nizamuddin said in his LinkedIn post, in which he also alleged that he was subjected to workplace harassment, torture, wage fraud, wrongful termination, and obstruction of justice

Nizamuddin, who had been unemployed for the past year and a half, alleged that he faced racial hostility and a poor/unacceptable environment at his previous company. "In addition to that, the company committed a salary fraud. I was not paid fairly, not in accordance with wage levels. They wrongfully terminated my employment. It did not end there. They continued their harassment, discrimination, and intimidating behaviour with the help of a racist detective and team.

"Lately, the situation has deteriorated and become worse. My food was poisoned, and now I am being evicted from my current residence for fighting against the unjust."

Nizamuddin said his "main aggressors" were "colleagues, employer, client, detective, and their community altogether".

"They are the troublemakers and oppressors behind the current chaos, not me. It is happening with me today, and it can happen to anyone tomorrow. So, I ask the world to do the needful in demanding justice against the oppression and wrongdoings of people involved. I totally understand I am no saint, but they need to understand they are no God. I will upload the remainder of the files in another post," he wrote

尼扎姆丁表示，他的“主要施暴者”是“同事、雇主、客户、警探以及他们整个群体”。

Not true police officers are automatically suspended after they shoot and kill a person till an investigation is done ny their department and if the person shot is under quetionable condition then further investigation and prosecution of said officer is not unusual and police officers have been convicted and jailed

Usa cops will give some verbal warnings and then if you ignore them they will shoot and thats how they are trained. In case of desis a lot of time they are unable to understand the verbal warnings becoz of the usa accent and then get shot lethally. No punishment will be there for the officer as he probably was following police protocols when faced with an armed adversary. In india cops behave differently. Here mostly the cops service weapon is easily comandeered by the detainee
