@w1-w2-w3 Next target is India? That's what the US wants and tried using India as leverage against China. But India and China know that open conflict only benefits Washington. Hence the stalemate and restraint showed by both sides. The current border disputes were intentionally created by the colonist British when they arbitrarily drew the McMahon Line in 1914 and decided the border between both countries. Knowing a poor and weakened China then cannot resist or do anything about it. India is smart to maintain the delicate balance between both superpowers.

this is a good lesson for everyone in the world including India. the lesson shows us that sanction and blockade are the motivation for a country to develop its weakness. if without the US sanction to chinese semiconductor, the chinese will continue to rely on US simply because this is cheaper and easier way. but when the chinese knows it is about survival, then this leave them with no choice other than putting all in effort to come up with its own. the same logic applies on rare earth , other country must develop it own before choke off totally by China. The decisive point is how much determination and willingness to sacrifice and effort to overcome the obstruction to be the winner. The Chinese can, how about your country?
