I laughed at their acting skills, their cheesy scripts, their ludicrous every thing, yet I was hooked immediately, scary. The only thing prevent me from hook and sink by it is the subscription price that are actually pricey even compare to netflix. If they are cheaper, like 50% cheaper, I might reallhy hook and sink with it.

Didn't Quibi try short, production quality video in the US? It was a complete failure. Lots of money lit on fire. They used expensive actors too. Somehow the Chinese have figured it out: Over the top dramas with cheap actors. Good to see these innovations coming out of China.
