India should agree on the following conditions1. That China give up territorial claims in Aksai Chin and Arunachal Pradesh. 2. Withdraw its CPEC from POK and divert it through another alternative route without disturbing Indian Political Geography. 3. Stop supporting Pakistan in its export of terrorism and use India''s corridor with payments for transit.4. Make the McMahon line permanent international border.5. Correct skewed bilateral trade6. Stop producing duplicate /defective products that affect Indian sentiments. (eg Ganesha Idol's, Rakhi, Diwali crackers) Would Chinese agree is a Billion dollar question but Indian contingent have to put the above views before them.

印度应该就下列条件达成一致。1.中国放弃阿克赛钦和“阿鲁纳恰尔邦”的领土主张。2.中巴经济走廊从巴控克什米尔地区撤出，寻找另一条替代路线，以免影响印度的政治地理。3.停止支持巴基斯坦出口恐怖主义，并利用印度的走廊付费过境。4.让麦克马洪线成为永久的国际边界。5.修正不对称的两国贸易。6.停止生产伤害印度人感情的次品。(如象头神, 兄妹节, 排灯节爆竹)。中国会不会同意，是非常重要的问题，但是印度代表团必须把上面的观点摆在他们面前。

India is sort of "good to have" not a requirement for BRI. Author is wrong here when he mentioned "Indian market is critical for BRI to success". This is true that India has their reservations about BRI (e.g. Pok) and India should reach to global forum for these which India is already doing.Also when author talks about not taking sides in trade war, I believe he is wrong here as well as India is facing the same problem where duty on metals and aluminium have been imposed. Two big countries working together may put some pressure on US. however other factors should be considered as well while raising the tax issue.
