金奈闹洪水，手机打不通，印网友纷纷为金奈祈祷

截至3日，印度东南部泰米尔纳德邦（Tamil Nadu）持续数周的水灾已导致近200人死亡、超过20万人被迫撤离家园。

从上个月开始，金奈累积雨量已经超过1200毫米，虽然印度气象局表示降雨强度将减弱，不过有气象播报员认为雨势不会暂缓，在接下来的4天内，可能还会降下更多的雨。
