In the transport sector, China is still putting lots of resources in building roads and railways in many places of the country,l such as the Sichuan-Tib railway and the Qinghai-Tib railway. Many sections of these railways are built at an average altitude of around three thousand meters.

In the digital sectors, China has established big data centers and other projects to develop the digital economy.



China is planning to increase investment in infrastructure projects covering various areas like transport, energy, water conservancy and agriculture.

By the end of April, local governments in China had invested a total of 195.8 billion yuan (about 29 billion U.S. dollars) in water conservancy projects, up 45.5 percent from the same period last year.



In the first quarter of this year, about 35,000 new projects were launched, 12,000 more than the same period last year.

The total planned investment for these projects rose 54.9 percent year on year.

These investments not only boosted economy, but also improved the living standards of local people.

Hope other countries like the United States can also invest more and be more efficient in improving the infrastructure nationwide.
