World's largest electric cruise ship sets sail in China I All You Need To Know

The world’s largest electric cruise ship has made it’s voyage across the Yangtze River in China. The Yangtze River Gorges 1, is a 23.5 million investment towards China’s marine vehicle market. The mighty vessel is powered by 7,500 kilowatt-hour marine battery. The ship will go into commercial operations from next month and would be used mainly for sightseeing trips. The ship’s captain, Chen Guohai called the vessel’s computer-controlled systems a major advantage.
